the place had a friendly atmosphere. greatly enjoyed tastefully decorated standard king room with a hot tub, felt like we were home.

It was close enough to the casino that has a really strong smell of smoke, good and absolutely perfect location overall. The staff was courteous, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. I was here for 2 nights and ate at lobby restaurant with a decent buffet.

Not the cheapest one however good value. Fairly clean property with helpful and pleasant staff at check-out. Marvellous and peaceful location, especially for me. The rooms with breakfast included. Plenty of outstanding options for meal.

I always have a good stay at Saddle West Casino Hotel. the hotel is fairly clean with very nice facilities. - the staff is easy-going and decent. - the double room had a comfortable bed, work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. - Check-in process was easy and the customer service was very good. - the ambience at the hotel is friendly.
